A Mario Conspiracy

When you think of the enemy of the mushroom kingdom you'd right away think of Bowser, Right? Wrong!! The real enemy is Mario, yeah, that's right, don't believe me, Leave!! I mean, read on. My first discovery was a forgotten girl from the Nintendo universe, Pauline. Pauline was introduced to the world in 1981 in the game Donkey Kong. The story was that a giant ape (Donkey Kong) took away zoo owner's (Mario) Fiance (Pauline). After you beat Donkey Kong, mario saves the princess and and they live happily ever after, right? Nope. Mario leaves Pauline and goes to the Mushroom Kingdom- a world under the sewers of Brooklyn where he meets Princess Toadstool and cheats on Pauline, his Fiance. Many would argue that Pauline was a prototype design for Princess Toadstool. Not true, if that's the case why did they remake Donkey Kong for the Gameboy in '95, which mario was after Pauline once more, after Princess Toadstool clearly kisses him in Super Mario World for the Super Nintendo. So Mario has cheated on Pauline.

But wait it gets worse.


Take a step back to 1986, a movie in Japan called "Super Mario Bros.: Peach-hime Kyushutsu Dai Sakusen" was released in Japan. On the box art of this movie in shows that a man name "Prince Haru" already has a relationship with Princess Toadstool. Because Princesses marry Princes NOT plummers. That means that, not only did Mario cheat on Pauline, he got poor Prince Haru out of the picture.

But why is Mario so determine to win the heart of Princess Peach, the answer is simple: He isn't.

It's all greed, he wants become to King of Mushroom Kingdom by marrying Princess, Now called "Mario World". Mario has suceeded in his quest. His name is everywhere. People of the mushroom kingdom call him "Master Mario". Mario is no hero, he sets up senerios with Bowser to make he look like the hero. Don't believe me? What are the chances of Bowser showing up in Dolfino Island in Super Mario Sunshine? When a real enemy in Super Mario RPG came (Smithy), why did Bowser and Mario team up?

For mario, the job is over, in most of his games Mario isn't even saving Princess Toadstool anymore. He's playing tennis or golf or karting with Bowser. Princess has lost her royalty we don't call her "Princess Toadstool any more, we call her Peach. Notice, that the name "Peach" is also known as a playboy's next target.

And after all this, Mario STILL want's more. He's shown his face in Pac Man and EA's extreme sport titles. And if Mario teams up with EA, He will not only own Mario World, he'll own ours.
